PK 888 Terms and Conditions – Rules Governing Your Account and Betting Activity

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pk 888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the pk 888 website at pk888.cash and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, card games, and account management. These Terms apply in full from the moment you submit a registration form on pk 888. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use any part of the pk 888 platform. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on pk 888, placing a bet, making a deposit, or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that:

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on pk 888. Multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same payment method, or same device — are strictly prohibited. pk 888 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any balances held across those accounts pending investigation.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. This includes your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, and valid payment method details. pk 888 will periodically verify registration information and may request supporting documentation. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure without return of funds.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following persons may not register or maintain an account on pk 888:

• Individuals under 18 years of age.
• Individuals who have been self-excluded from pk 888 or any affiliated platform during their exclusion period.
• Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of pk 888 or its technology and payment partners.
• Individuals accessing pk 888 from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, where use of a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions is being employed.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your pk 888 login credentials — including your mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. Do not share your login details with any other person. pk 888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.2 Account Verification

pk 888 may at any time request that you verify your identity, age, or payment method. Verification requests must be responded to within seven calendar days. Failure to complete verification may result in the suspension of deposit, withdrawal, or betting functionality on your account until verification is complete.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, or bet activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve months. pk 888 may apply an inactivity maintenance fee to inactive accounts at a rate communicated in the account notice. Players will receive advance notice by SMS or email before any fee is applied. You may reactivate your account by logging in and contacting support.

3.4 Account Currency

All pk 888 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no facility to hold an account in any other currency. All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are expressed and settled exclusively in PKR.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pk 888 accepts deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the pk 888 account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where identifiable.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on pk 888 is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, although pk 888 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence for high-value deposits. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash credit to your pk 888 balance instantly. IBFT and card deposits may take up to one business day to process.

4.3 Deposit Fees

pk 888 does not charge any fees on deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, or SadaPay. Third-party fees charged by your bank or card issuer are outside pk 888's control and are not reimbursed by the platform.

4.4 Failed or Reversed Deposits

If a deposit transaction fails or is reversed by your payment provider after it has been credited to your pk 888 account, the corresponding amount plus any winnings derived from those funds may be reversed or withheld pending resolution. pk 888 will contact you by the mobile number on your account to resolve such situations.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

pk 888 processes withdrawal requests submitted before 8:00 PM (PKT) the same evening. Requests submitted after 8:00 PM will be processed the following business day. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method in the account holder's name.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. There is no fee charged by pk 888 on withdrawals to Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, or SadaPay. IBFT and card withdrawals may be subject to processing times dictated by the receiving bank.

5.3 Withdrawal Verification

pk 888 may request identity or account verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on the part of the player. Providing the requested documents promptly will ensure the fastest possible processing time.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Funds

Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to any applicable wagering requirements communicated at the time the bonus was offered. 6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on pk 888 are subject to acceptance by the platform. pk 888 reserves the right to reject or limit any bet at its discretion without providing a reason, including where a bet is unusually large, where odds have been displayed in error, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake per bet on pk 888 is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placing the bet. Maximum payout limits also apply per event and per day and will be communicated within the individual market.

6.3 Odds Changes

Odds on pk 888 are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted and confirmed. When you submit a bet request, you are requesting to bet at the displayed odds. pk 888 will notify you if the odds have changed before your bet is confirmed, giving you the option to proceed at the new odds or cancel your request.

6.4 Void Bets

A bet may be voided by pk 888 in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result; odds were published in clear and obvious error; a match is found to have been subject to irregular conduct under review by the relevant governing body; or any other circumstance that makes the determination of a result impossible or unfair. When a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's pk 888 balance.

6.5 Live Betting

Live in-play betting on pk 888 is subject to all standard betting rules with the additional condition that pk 888 may suspend live markets temporarily during critical match moments (wickets, DLS calculations, injury stoppages). No bets are accepted during a market suspension. Bets placed immediately before a suspension may be voided at pk 888's discretion where the event prompting the suspension was publicly known at the time the bet was submitted.

7. Casino & Card Games

All casino and card games on pk 888 — including Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Baccarat, Poker, Rummy, and Dragon Tiger — are governed by these Terms in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within the game interface.

7.1 RNG Certification

Digital (RNG) versions of card games on pk 888 use a certified random number generator. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by any player action or external factor. The RNG is subject to periodic independent audit.

7.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games on pk 888 use real physical card decks dealt by professional dealers in a studio environment. In the event of a technical disruption during a live game round, pk 888 will void the affected round and return all stakes. If a round completes before a disruption is reported, the result stands.

7.3 Disconnection Policy

If you lose your internet connection during a game round, the round will be completed according to standard game rules on the server. Any winnings from the completed round will be credited to your pk 888 balance. pk 888 is not liable for losses of connection caused by your own internet service provider or device.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

pk 888 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, or other promotional incentives to new and existing players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per device. Any attempt to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts will result in all bonus amounts being voided and accounts being reviewed.
• Unless a specific offer states otherwise, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of at least 10x the bonus amount in qualifying bets before any withdrawal can be requested.
• Bets placed on events with odds below 1.50 (decimal) do not count towards bonus wagering requirements unless the specific offer explicitly states otherwise.

• Collusion with other players in casino or card game environments to gain an unfair advantage.
• Arbitrage betting or exploitation of odds pricing errors at a scale that constitutes systematic abuse of the pk 888 platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during account verification.
• Use of another person's payment method, identity, or account details to transact on pk 888.
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds with no intention of using them for genuine betting activity and immediately requesting withdrawal.

pk 888 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in matters involving suspected fraud, money laundering, or match fixing. Any winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be voided and may be reported to appropriate regulatory bodies.

Nothing in these Terms excludes pk 888's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence on our part. pk 888's total liability to any player in any calendar year shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player during that calendar year.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by PK 888

pk 888 may suspend or close any account with immediate effect if the account holder breaches any provision of these Terms, if suspicious activity is detected, if account verification documents are not provided when requested, or if pk 888 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

13.2 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your pk 888 account at any time by contacting support at support@pk888.cash. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus-derived funds.

13.3 Funds on Suspended Accounts

Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or breach of these Terms, funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. pk 888 will communicate with the account holder through the registered contact details and will aim to resolve investigations within 28 calendar days.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pk 888 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pk 888 will notify registered players via SMS to the mobile number on their account at least seven days before the updated Terms take effect. Your continued use of pk 888 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version of the Terms is always published on this page with the effective date shown in the header.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. pk 888 operates as an online platform and these Terms represent the full extent of the contractual relationship between pk 888 and its players. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through pk 888's internal complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration. Players are responsible for determining the lawfulness of using pk 888 under the laws of their own jurisdiction.
